“I bought a wheelchair and motor last year to take my elderly mother out. The quality and robustness of the chair is excellent, even on rough paths and grass. Just recently, I needed copies of the paperwork. I contacted Livewell and within a couple of hours Liam had sent over everything I need by email. Lovely company, very understanding and easy to deal with.”

“I recently bought a second hand mobility scooter. The user manual that came with it was clearly a bit of a bodge so I spent a weekend scouring the internet for the real thing. Sadly I failed, but I did bump into the Livewell website and they stocked my scooter. I emailed them late Sunday evening and before 09:00 hrs Monday morning they had sent me a link to a PDF version of the correct manual. What an Incredible speedy service! This will be my ‘go to’ company in the future.”

“Firstly, the speed that the chair was delivered was excellent and they obviously work with efficient carriers. The price was at a point where I thought quality might be compromised, I was wrong, the chair is well designed and built and dare I say it, even sporty looking. Relatively light and manageable and very nimble around obstacles. Our grandson even added Ferrari stickers. All my dealings with the company have been swift and problem free. Liam has been particularly helpful and thorough. Highly recommended by a delighted customer.”

“No problem ordering the chair to be delivered the following day. In the event it was delivered 4 days later. The delay was as a result of the courier used for the delivery. Throughout this period Customer Services were very supportive and actioned all my calls. Unfortunately when the chair arrived it was the wrong colour! I had to use the chair however as the carers for my aged aunt was refusing to support her unless a better chair was made arrival. I complained to Livewell about the colour 'problem' and they responded the following day, offering an apology and a £30.00 refund as a goodwill gesture. My aged aunt so far is extremely pleased with her new chair. Despite the difficulties experienced I am most impressed by the responsiveness and helpful manner at all times of the Customer Services team. It is a pity that other companies cannot provide the same type of customer service!”

“I am really impressed with the service given by the Livewell team. I ordered a transit wheelchair over the Bank Holiday weekend and it arrived in just a couple of working days. Unfortunately the chair had the wrong leg rests. I called to explain and my problem was dealt with straightaway. The correct leg rests arrived by 9.00 a.m. the following morning.”

“Helpful prompt service. We live 200 yards from road and delivery driver carried 2 single beds comprising of 8 packages, most of them heavy or awkward totally unaided and without 1 word of complaint, a true credit to the company in these difficult times.”

“Ordered on Sunday on free 5-7 day delivery. Arrived on Tuesday morning. Took ten minutes to assemble. Great looking little chair. My son has used wheelchairs all his life, he is now 37. He really rates it as a perfect indoor powerchair. Compact, highly manoeuvrable, and tremendous value for money. The LiNX joystick controller is a real precision piece of kit that makes driving the chair a pleasure. Great service, Great value, Great wheelchair. Well done!”
