We will continue to answer your emails, we will keep picking up the phone, we will make sure we get your order out the door - we are here for you.
Following the ongoing government advice, we have made the necessary precautions below to protect our customers and our staff.
We continue to ship all priority orders the same day where placed before 5pm on weekdays, however following a recent surge in consumer demand, we are now seeing a delay on our next day delivery in some areas.
Please be aware that your order will be sent on time but if you find that it doesn't arrive the following day, we ask that you allow a further 48 hours for the parcel to arrive before contacting us via [email protected]

Next Day Delivery: Some Delays - Expect delivery within 1 to 3 working days
Standard Delivery: No Delay - Expect delivery within 7 working days.
White Glove Delivery: Some Delay: Expect delivery within 10-14 working days.

Following the recent government advice to Stay Alert, we have seen an increase in online purchases which in turn, is increasing the delivery volume of our courier partners - DPD and Tuffnells. We are still able to offer a next day delivery service to mainland UK, however there is an increased chance of a 24-48hr delay in some limited areas whilst operations aim to meet demand.
Following the recent addition of some manufacturer precautions, we are pleased to be able to offer a reduced range of adjustable beds! Supplied complete with a deluxe memory foam mattress, our Livilla and Julia adjustable beds are now available to order for delivery within 7-14 working days to mainland UK.

Unlike high-street retail stores, our online business has been able to adapt quickly to the government restrictions. Our teams have been working from home for several days with full operational capacity to the usual systems to ensure we meet your customer expectations.
Working closely with our key supplier, we have made the appropriate provisions to ensure that we maintain maximum stock availability of our key product lines throughout this period. If you are unsure of a product or its availability then please speak to a member of our team on freephone 0800 802 1507.
Similarly, our order volume with DPD and Tuffnells allows us to continue sending our orders out daily as normal. We can continue to offer you a next day delivery service to mainland UK and assembly delivery for heavier goods where you need assistance. All of our chosen delivery partners are practising social distancing protocol which means that your usual delivery driver will leave your item on your doorstep and sign for the parcel on your behalf once you have accepted receipt of your order.
