Here at Livewell, we are committed to keeping your data safe, secure and maintaining the trust and confidence of both customers and visitors to our website. Under GDPR you are entitled to view, amend or delete any personal data that we hold from our systems. Please note that there may be times when we cannot remove data where there is a statutory minimum term to enable us to meet our legal obligations.

As part of the buying process, we collect and store the following information:

  • health conditions (where applicable)

We store this information to fulfill our obligations in providing customers with products and services; we use it to improve future buying experiences and to facilitate any warranty claims or product updates and spare parts. We may call customers after delivery to gain feedback and satisfaction on their purchase, but we do not share your information with any third-party organisations for marketing purposes.

We only disclose personal information to other organisations to facilitate the progress of your order, including our suppliers, manufacturers and delivery companies.

By completing a VAT Relief declaration either by phone, a form on our website, through email or online web form, a customer is providing consent for us to hold onto that information so that we can fulfil our legal responsibilities. This health information is not passed onto any third party unless required to do so by law. Customers only have to supply information about health conditions to Livewell if they wish to buy a product without paying VAT, it is not a requirement for purchasing if paying VAT.

All third-party processors are acting on our behalf process your data following instructions from us, and they have data protection policies and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures required.
We do not collect credit or debit card details we merely provide the mechanism to collect the data; we do not store this information on our systems.

We do record some phone calls for training purposes; this is to help us improve the quality of our customer services and to deal with any queries or complaints.

We only keep customer’s data as long as required to fulfill our regulatory and legal obligations. You may create an account on our website to save products to a wish list and review current and previous orders; you will need a user id and password to access this data. It is the user’s responsibility to keep the password safe and not disclose it to any third party. We cannot accept responsibility if a third party obtains this information and accesses your account. If your password is compromised, you need to inform us about this as soon as possible. If you wish to delete your account, then please contact us, and we can facilitate this for you.

How we use cookies
